Refund Policy

Victory Gardens of Snohomish County, LLC does not offer refunds as a standard practice but will work with customers to find a fair resolution if issues arise.

1. Non-Refundable Items

All items are final sale unless stated otherwise. Documentation (e.g., photos) may be required for resolution.

2. Timeframe

Issues must be reported at the time of order purchase or pickup.

3. Resolution Options

Resolutions may include:

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit or coupon

All resolutions are at our sole discretion.

4. Partial Refunds

 May be granted if we are at fault or cannot fulfill part of an order.

5. How to Submit a Request

We will accept verbal requests at the time of purchase or pickup. Feedback can be sent using the webform on our Find Us page or contact [Insert Email Placeholder]. Include a description, photo, and order number if available.

6. Missed Pickups & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, but may be rescheduled at our discretion. Missed pickups do not qualify for a refund.

7. Special Orders

Pop-ups, bundles, and specialty boxes are final sale.
